Melissa & Shawn – trashing the dress au natural

I haven’t shared images from Melissa and Shawn’s wedding last fall but thought I would post a few as I finally finish up their package ( I am so buried in work…being busy is great but it really is a double edged sword….but that’s a whole different story). Melissa decided to have a true country wedding and the setting for their big day was a  treasure trove of cool spots. The weather that day was rain…..and rain it did. The guests took cover under tarpaulins that were strategically placed along the barns. Melissa and Shawn shared their vows center stage in another open barn.  They did a great job turning a wet barnyard into a country movie set. With dark luminous clouds and the saturated colors from the wet vegetation,I was able to pull off some cool shots! Enjoy
